We are passionate saltwater aquarists who are always learning something new about this great hobby. Somewhere along this ride, 20 or so years, Richard Gallop started earning a living from his knowledge of his beloved hobby. He is educated in marine biology and holds a R.N. nursing degree. His passion is marine fish, so he formed Progressive Marine, LLC.

The aquarium hobby has come a long way and continues to evolve and Progressive Marine, LLC has grown and continues to grow with our new showroom to better serve our customers.

We are the only saltwater aquarium specialty shop in the Mobile metro area. We strive to educate and promote this hobby. So, if you are in need of anything aquarium related or just want to see some cool stuff stop by our show room.
